Shipping
Every order is packed by our family in East Texas and mailed with USPS. We don't drop-ship from overseas warehouses.
When your order ships
Orders usually leave our hands within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, not counting holidays). You'll get an email with your USPS tracking number as soon as it ships.
How long delivery takes
Once shipped, most orders arrive in 2 to 5 business days with USPS Ground Advantage, or 1 to 3 business days if you pick Priority Mail at checkout. USPS delivery times are estimates and can run longer around holidays.
What shipping costs
- Shipping is calculated at checkout from live USPS rates for your address.
- Orders of $75 or more ship free, except bundled packs like the Fall Moving Bait Pack, which always ship at the standard rate.
Where we ship
We ship to the lower 48 United States. We don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or outside the U.S.
Problems with delivery
If tracking hasn't moved in 7 days, your package shows delivered but isn't there, or something arrives damaged, email us at support@luxurylureco.com with your order number and we'll make it right.
